Welcome!

The first thing that comes to mind when I think about describing myself is that I am a mom. I am the mother of two beautiful daughters who are the driving force behind everything I do, especially when it comes to photography. I, like many of you, desperately wanted a way to preserve the memories of my children as they changed right before my eyes. I was not satisfied with grainy Instagram pictures or blurry iPhone shots (though I continue to bog my phone down with hundreds of them too). I dove headfirst into this adventure and never looked back. I have found a creative outlet I didn't know I needed and a passion for seeing my imagination and vision come to life. 

I am mostly self taught, spending countless hours taking workshops, studying,  learning, and practicing on my own children (thank goodness I have a business because they are sooooo over being my models ◡̈). I specialize in studio newborn photography (newbies are my jam!) and of course, maternity and family photography too. I also happen to be a currently practicing Paediatric RN, so my knowledge and experience with children and babies is extensive.
